About Us

HanTech Precision Company has been specializing in machining parts for variety of different customers since 2007. We have over 200 employees and 54 CNC lathes and 24

machining centers. With the purchases of new machines allows us to stay ahead of the competition in how we set up and run jobs. This allows us to maintain delivery of

a quality product, on time, and at a competitive price, all in an atmosphere of continuous improvement.

Rapid growth in several of the industries serviced by HanTech Precision during the past few years prompted the need for additional manufacturing space. In 2015,
HanTech Precision moved into a brand new 60,000 square foot facility. Throughout this major transition, HanTech Precision has insisted on maintaining delivery of a

quality product, on time, and at a competitive price, all in an atmosphere of continuous improvement.

    ISO 9001 Certified

National standards bodies and certified by AQA International; Also Accreditation by a recognized and respected body such as the ANAB, ensures the impartiality and

SPC Controlled

    Statistical process control (SPC) involves using statistical techniques to measure and analyze the variation in processes. Most often used for manufacturing

processes, the intent of SPC is to monitor product quality and maintain processes to fixed targets. Statistical quality control refers to using statistical techniques

for measuring and improving the quality of processes and includes SPC in addition to other techniques, such as sampling plans, experimental design, variation

reduction, process capability analysis, and process improvement plans.

APQP

    Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) is designed to help organizations effectively plan the design and development of a new product. The Automotive Industry

Action Group (AIAG) has developed an approach to this process by providing a set of stages, gates, deliverable, and guidelines, which have been acknowledged by the

automotive industry as the accepted standard, and supports the requirements described in ISO/TS 16949 standard.
